Privacy Policy
This explains exactly what data is collected, who sees it, and why — in plain terms, not legal jargon. We keep it to what the shop actually needs to run, improve the site, process orders, and deal with problems.
No advertising profiles
We do not sell your information or build advertising profiles from your activity. Microsoft Clarity is used to understand how visitors use the site and improve the shopping experience.
One payment provider
PayPal handles your payment details. LifelikeBloom does not see or store your full card details.
Your data, your call
Ask to see it, correct it, or delete it, and it will be done.
Data controller
LifelikeBloom is the data controller responsible for your personal information.
Business address: 2nd Floor, No. 3, Hou San Xiang, Xinxing Street, Xixinzhai, Jiaoyang, Sipu Town, Chaonan District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province 515149, China.
Email: hello@lifelikebloom.com. That address is for data questions the same as anything else.
What data is collected
When you order: your name, delivery address, email, and phone number if you provide one. Enough to get a box to your door and tell you when it’s on the way.
When you pay: PayPal handles the payment details directly. LifelikeBloom receives confirmation that a payment was made and the amount paid, but does not receive your full card details.
When you leave a review: your name and what you wrote, which may be shown on the product page.
When you browse: basic technical information — such as your IP address and browser type — collected by the cookies and similar technologies that keep the site and checkout working. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, including things like pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and navigation. See the Cookie Policy for the specifics and your choices.
When you email: whatever you write, kept as long as it’s useful for answering you.
What it’s for
Mainly, getting your order to you and telling you what’s happening with it. That’s most of what this data exists for.
If you’ve opted in — a subscription, a newsletter box you ticked — you’ll receive occasional emails. If you haven’t, you won’t. After a purchase you may be invited to leave a review; that’s optional and one email, not a campaign.
Beyond that: keeping records that are legally required, and stopping fraudulent orders before they cause problems.
PayPal
PayPal processes your payment and provides buyer protection. LifelikeBloom receives confirmation that you paid, not your card or account details. PayPal’s own privacy policy covers what they do with that information.
Couriers
Whoever is carrying your parcel gets your name, address, and phone number — enough to deliver it and contact you if there’s a problem. Nothing more, and nothing kept beyond what delivering the order requires.
Who else it passes through
The shop runs on WooCommerce and is hosted with Hostinger, where order and account information is stored. A review plugin stores what you write if you leave one. Microsoft Clarity processes website-usage information for analytics and site improvement. These services are the tools running the shop, rather than businesses we sell your information to for their own purposes.
LifelikeBloom does not sell your information to anyone. We do not currently use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. If we introduce advertising or conversion-measurement tools such as Google Ads, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated, and those tools will be used in line with your cookie choices where consent is required.
Where your data sits
LifelikeBloom is based in China. Some services used — hosting, payment processing — run on servers in the UK, EU, or US. Where your data crosses a border, it’s because one of those providers is handling it, under their own security standards, not because it’s been moved somewhere for convenience.
How long it’s kept
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires — around six years. An email exchange about a return is kept while it’s relevant, then not. There’s no archive being built; just what’s required by law, and clearing out what isn’t.
What you can ask for
A copy of what is held on you. A correction if something’s wrong. Deletion, if there’s no legal reason to keep it. Or simply: stop emailing. Any of these, email hello@lifelikebloom.com and say which one — there’s no form.
If you think your data has been handled badly and the response hasn’t fixed it, you can complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to your own country’s data authority if you’re elsewhere.
Two more things
This site isn’t aimed at children, and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
This page may be updated as the shop changes — a new payment provider, a new plugin. When that happens, the date below will change with it. It won’t be rewritten to mean something different without notice.
