Posted from the workshop, with import charges handled before delivery
Orders usually arrive within 7–12 working days, counted from the day you place your order to the day your parcel reaches your door. Everything is packed and posted directly from our workshop in Shantou, rather than held in overseas warehouses. I also arrange for import charges to be handled before delivery, so you should not be asked to pay a separate import charge when your parcel arrives.
7–12 working days
From your order to your door. That is the whole journey, not the part after dispatch.
No separate import charge on arrival
The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. Import charges are handled before delivery, so there should be nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Free shipping
Delivery rates follow the currency you choose, wherever your order is going.

Why it comes from China
I do not keep stock in overseas warehouses. The flowers are made in my father’s workshop in Shantou and posted directly to you from there.
A local warehouse would knock time off delivery. It would also mean holding stock I have not sold yet, in quantities I cannot fund, of colours I would have to guess at. I would rather be slower and carry the whole range than be fast and carry six best-sellers.
The trade is real and I am not going to dress it up: you may wait longer here than you would when buying from a retailer with stock nearby. What you get for the wait is the full range, rather than a smaller selection chosen for a local warehouse.
Nothing extra should be collected at the door
This is the part that can go wrong when people order from overseas. A parcel arrives, and the courier suddenly asks for an import charge or handling fee before they will hand it over. You only find out when the parcel is already at your door.
That should not happen here. Import charges are handled before delivery, so the price you see at checkout is the price you should pay.
If a courier does ask you to pay an import charge, keep the receipt and email me at hello@lifelikebloom.com. I will reimburse the documented charge. That is my mistake to fix, not yours to absorb.
Tracking, and why it looks empty at first
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. It usually becomes useful once your parcel reaches the local delivery network, so it may only show the final part of the journey.
The earlier part of the journey, from our workshop in Shantou towards your country, may not appear on that tracking page. This does not mean your parcel has stopped moving; the tracking number simply does not always show every stage of international shipping.
It is quite normal for the tracking page to look empty or show very little at first. Your delivery window is still counted from the day you place your order, not from the first visible tracking scan. You can find more about this on the FAQ.
If it is late, or it does not arrive
Twelve working days is the outside of the normal range, not an absolute guarantee. Customs or carrier delays do happen occasionally, and I cannot make those move faster.
If your tracking has shown no useful update for a week, or your order is past the normal delivery window, email me at hello@lifelikebloom.com and I will look into it for you. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you can choose a replacement or a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact me as soon as you can and send a photograph if it helps show what has happened. In most cases, nothing needs to go back to China. The full process is set out on the returns page.
